now this is my emp breaking Build on weapon is
2 asasin dagger / 2 ice pick < which better
(2 thana 2 sniper 4 TG) (2 sniper 6 TG)
then
4 Chung E
8 Ifrit
11 Seyren
This is my Emp breaking build can u guys try fix it xD please

.... i think you should build a resist build to break emps, the emps have only 200 hp but take 1 damage per hit.
